Importance of Lifestyle Changes for Prediabetes Prevention
The National Diabetes Prevention Program (National DPP) is a lifestyle change program led by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) that can help people with prediabetes cut their risk of developing type 2 diabetes by half.
